‘Zero waste fashion is about utilizing existing materials to their full capacity and not producing textile or other material waste’

Zero waste in the context of fashion is anything that seeks to eliminate waste from the production of garments or accessories. Broadly, we are creating a circular model that allows us to incorporate the use of material waste, the waste from cutting out patterns, the waste from overproduction and the post-consumer waste.

For us specifically, most of our work has been about eliminating waste in the design of our belts and the associated patterns so that we have minimal waste when we cut them out. The leftover fabric will be re-purposed into smaller high-quality life-style products under our label Trōv.
